Funeral services for Roy Turner age 57 of Meridianville will be conducted Sunday 2PM at Hazel Green Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Dale Cantrell officiating and burial will follow in Stateline Cemetery. Mr. Turner passed away Thursday at his residence.
He is survived by three daughters, Courtney and Ashton Blackburn, Becky Green and Mary and Clint Maynard, one granddaughter, Caroline Maynard, one brother, Jim and Deb Turner, four sisters, Peggy and Dwight Stephens, Evelyn Ledbetter, Shirley and Terry Rhodes and Emma Boles, his dogs, Luke, Lucy, Fred, Buddy, Artemis and Lillie and his cat, Bobo and a host of loving family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Turner, his parents, James and Myrtle Turner, one brother, Lonnie Turner, one sister, Martha Jo Buchanan and one nephew, Jimbo Turner.
Visitation will be Sunday 12-1:45PM at Hazel Green Funeral Home and in lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to New Leash on Life 2676 Dug Hill Rd. Brownsboro, Alabama 35741
