Sam Samples

Funeral services for Mr. Sam Sample age 59 of Huntsville will be conducted Saturday at 1 PM at Hazel Green Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Gatlin Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Carol Anne Samples, one daughter, Caitlen Samples, his father, James Samples, his step mother, Sparkie Samples, his brother and sister in law, Carl and Anita Samples, his sister and brother in law, Lisa and Joe Pekarik. He was preceded in death by his mother, Peggy Samples and by two brothers, Robert Goodwin Samples and Scott Eric Samples.

Visitation will be Saturday 12-1PM at Hazel Green Funeral Home.
