Scott KynerdJune 7, 1962 ~ September 11, 2009Mr. Scott Kynerd, 47, of Hazel Green, died Friday at his home. He was an automotive machinist who loved building racecar motors and coaching his girls' soccer teams. His Christian faith was unshakable and he was a member of the First Baptist Church of Hazel Green where he taught youth Sunday School.He is survived by his wife, Laura Kynerd; His daughters: Randi & Casey "Cozy" Kynerd; his parents: George & Barbara Kynerd; His sister: Karen Strickhouser. His honorary daughter: Summer Anderson.The family will receive friends on Monday evening beginning at 5pm at the First Baptist Church of Hazel Green. The funeral service will be at 7pm at the church with Pastor Bobby Eads officiating. The family will continue to receive friends after the service. A committal service will be Tuesday morning at 11am at Concord Cemetery in New Market. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Baptist Church of Hazel Green.
