Stanley Brady
February 14, 1947 — April 4, 2014
Stanley Brady, 67, of New Market, Alabama, went to be with the Lord on Friday morning surrounded by his family. Stanley loved woodworking, spending time with his children and grandchildren, and was a member of Bevill's Chapel Baptist Church.
After graduating from Hazel Green High School, he had a long career with Madison County serving as both a Sheriff's Deputy and as a Criminal Investigator with the District Attorney's Office.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Michelle Brady and by his parents, A.D. and Vivian Brady. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Mike Brady.
Stanley is survived by his wife, Sandy Brady; His daughters and sons-in-law: Tina and Todd Gipson, Teleasha and Wesley Pruitt, and Christan and Chris Yarbrough; His sister and brother-in-law: Aleasia and James Green. His grandchildren: Kaylin Gipson, Brittany Pruitt, Paige Gipson, Austin Pruitt, Alexis Moore, John Todd Gipson, Abigail Gipson, and Grayson Moore. His nephew: Mike "Jr" Brady and his niece: Tracy Brady Cieniewicz and a host of other family and friends.
The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2pm until 6pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Monday at 11am at the funeral home with Pastor Benny Berry officiating. Burial will follow in Bevill's Chapel Cemetery.
