Steve Smith, 49, of Toney, Alabama, passed away on August 12, 2018.
Loving family members left behind to cherish his memory are: His mother, Carolyn Thompson of Toney, Alabama; His father, Earl Smith of Hazel Green, Alabama; His sister, Tammy C. Smith of Toney, Alabama; His brother, Randy Smith and wife Bobbi, of Athens, Alabama.
Steve attended New Sharon Elementary School and Hazel Green High School and was a life-long resident of the Hazel Green area. He was an avid animal lover and rescued countless animals during his lifetime.
The family held a private Celebration of Life followed by burial in New Sharon Cemetery on August 14, 2018.
