Terrell Bennett
November 20, 1943 — November 4, 2017
Terrell Bennett, 73, of New Market, passed away on Saturday at his home while surrounded by his family.
Mr. Bennett was born and raised in the Elora community, was a graduate of Flintville High School, and was employed with Flowers Bread Company for 40 years before his retirement. He was a veteran of the United States Army and served in the Vietnam War.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Josephine Bennett, by his brother, Billy Bennett, and by his sister, Margie Culbreath.
Surviving family members include his three children: Joey Campbell, Sandy & Calvin Lewis, and Jeff & Carla Bennett; His six grandchildren: Tyler, Austin, Carlee, and Abby Bennett, and Justin and Zachary Jones.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 12:30 until 2:30pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home. A graveside service with military honors will follow at 3:00pm at Pleasant Grove Cemetery at the corner of J.B. Walker and Phillips Roads in New Market.
