Tony MooneyMarch 9, 1956 ~ March 24, 2010Mr. Tony Mooney, 54, of New Market died Wednesday at a local hospital. Survivors include his wife, Melissa Mooney; his children, Brian and Selina Mooney, Mandy and Dave Coffman; his daughter-in-law, Amanda Mooney; his mother, Helen Mooney; his sisters, Sara Christine Franklin, Cleona and Joe Maynard, Dora and Allen Owens, Anita and Gregg Edwards; his brother, Billy and Margie Mooney; his brother-in-law, Terrell Bennett; his mother-in-law, Peggy Swift; his grandchildren, Brandon and Hailey Mooney; Ashlyn and Jordan Coffman; his special friend, Curtis Sanders and numerous nieces and nephews and other loving family members and friends. Mr. Mooney was preceded in death by his father, George Franklin "Ben" Mooney; one sister, Josephine Bennett and two sons, Eric and Chris Mooney. Visitation will be Saturday from 5 pm to 8 pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Sunday at 2 pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Hazel Green Funeral Home is honored to serve the family.
