Valerie Arnold

Valerie Arnold, 54, of Hazel Green, passed away on Sunday.
She loved being outside working with her flowers and plants and always had a heart for helping other people. Her grandchildren (who she called her monkeys) were the light of her life and she loved them very much. She was a 1984 graduate of Johnson High School.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Johnnie Edward Powell & Alice June Powell and by her brothers, Donald Powell and Jeffrey Alan Powell.
Surviving family members include her husband, James Arnold; Her daughter, Jessica Bone and husband, Johnnie; Her son, Joshua Arnold; Her grandsons: Johnnie Bone IV and Gavin Bone; Her brothers, Ronald Powell and John Powell.
The family will receive friends on Saturday from 2pm to 3pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home.
