Velma Ann (Broadway) Gonzales
January 17, 1937 — November 24, 2018
Velma Ann Gonzales, 81, of Huntsville, passed away on Saturday evening.
She was the wife of the late Eddie Gonzales and the daughter of the late Eddie Foster Broadway and Jennie Travis Broadway. She had retired from Walmart where she worked for a number of years. She was also preceded in death by her siblings: Eddie Broadway, Lennie Payne, Evelyn Kennedy, and Ellen Whiteley.
Her surviving family members include her son and daughter-in-law, Jimmie & Vickie Gonzales; Her three grandchildren: Shaun & Tamsen Gonzales, Angel & Joe Stroop, and Amber & Gavin Harrington; Her five great-grandchildren: Mason, Marissa, Will, Savannah, and Alex; She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family held a private Celebration of Life and graveside service at Charity Cemetery.
