Survivors include his children, Michael Raymond Mullins, Stephanie Elaine Mullins, Lisa Marie, Walter Mullins, Cynthia Brooks, Patricia Yeager; his sisters, Carolyn, Patricia Warren; his brothers, Thomas David Mullins, James Earl Mullins; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation is Saturday 10 am to 2 pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home. The funeral service is Saturday 2 pm at the funeral home chapel with Bro. Buddy Alverson officiating. Burial will follow in Concord Cemetery. Hazel Green Funeral Home is honored to serve the family.
