Willa Dean Sparks

It is with regret that we announce the death of Willa Dean Sparks age 82 of Hazel Green. Mrs. Sparks passed away Monday at Hospice Family Care in Huntsville. She lived her entire life at the same address and had retired from the Madison County School System. She was preceded in death by her parents, Luke Hicks and Lucille Tanner Hicks, two brothers, Thurman Hicks and Roy Hicks and two sisters, Louise Neeley and Elsie Estes
She is survived by her husband of sixty years, Leamon Sparks, her children, Denis and Jennifer Sparks, Regina and Jeff McMinn, Teresa and Danny Ratley, Pam and Steve Poole and Mark and Pam Sparks, her grandchildren, Tabitha Anderson, Janet Poole, Nathaniel Sparks, Jason McMinn, Brandy Fletcher, Shawn Ratley, Alisha Atchley, Mandy Keene, Tyler McMinn and Thomas Sparks and thirteen great grandchildren, one sister, Linda and Mike Kumke.
Private visitation and services will be held with Bro. Rodney Turner officiating and burial will be in the New Sharon Cemetery with Hazel Green Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
