William Bill Guthrie Sr.

Funeral services for William (Bill) Guthrie Sr. age 88 of Hazel Green will be conducted Tuesday at 12 Noon at Hazel Green Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Steve Hale officiating burial will follow in Plainview Cemetery. Mr. Guthrie passed away Saturday night at his residence. He was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Kathleen Campbell Guthrie, his parents, Bill and Clara Guthrie and brothers, Thomas, Bob and Frank Guthrie.

He is survived by his four children, Stephanie and Charles Yarbrough, Bill Jr. and Karen Guthrie, Mark and Joanne Guthrie and Linda and Karl Wilson, eight grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, one sister, Dovie Sledge, one brother, Jack and Betty Guthrie, several nieces, nephews and a host of loving family members and friends.

Visitation will be Tuesday 10 AM until 12 Noon at Hazel Green Funeral Home.
