Willodene Hopkins
January 7, 1931 — July 15, 2013
Willodene Hopkins, 82, of Huntsville, passed away on Monday at Huntsville Hospital.
She was a retired bookkeeper, had volunteered with the Monrovia Volunteer Fire Department for several years. She also served with the Huntsville Community Watch, and several other volunteer organizations.
She is survived by her son, Les Hopkins and fiance, Leata Williams and by her daughter, Trish Neal and husband, Curtis Neal. Her grandchildren: Christy Corum, Jimmy Hall, Tamara Roberts, & Candice Hopkins. 6 Great-grandchildren. Her nephews: Billy, Rocky, and Larry Locker.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 5 until 8pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Thursday at 11am at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Stewart's Creek Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Monrovia Volunteer Fire Department.
