Wilma Powell Chaney Howard, born on January 27, 1936, in Huntsville, AL, passed away on December 7, 2015 in Houston, Texas after a brief illness.
She is survived by her children; Susan Osborn, Bruce Chaney, David Chaney, and Sheree Spindola. She is survived by her grandchildren; Sara, Seth, Nick, Crystal, Sonja, Amanda, and Eden. She is survived by her great grandchildren; Lila, Salem, Ethan, Julian, Lottie, Truman, Sophia, Camille, and Henry. She is preceded in death by her husband, John Howard, and her grandson, Matt Chaney.
Wilma was well-loved by those who knew her and will be missed.
Visitation is from 5-7 PM on Saturday at Hazel Green Funeral Home and burial is at 1 PM on Sunday at Cochran Cemetery in New Market, AL.
