W.J. Kimbrough

Mr. W.J. Kimbrough, 81, of Fayetteville Tennessee, passed away on Thursday morning in Fayetteville.  Mr. Kimbrough was a loving brother and had retired from Merrimac Mill after approximately 30 years.  He also worked for several years at General Motors in Detroit.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar Clark Kimbrough and Lucille Jacobs Kimbrough Damron; By his first wife, Mattie Ellen Kimbrough and his second wife, Rebecca Kimbrough; By his sister, Jerome Kimbrough Clements.

Mr. Kimbrough is survived by his sisters,  Jean Jones of Birmingham, Al,  Sybil Douglas of Hazel Green, and Nelda Patterson of Hazel Green; His step-brother, Rayburn Damron;  Two step-sisters, Dean Wilburn and Barbara Richardson.   He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 6 until 8pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Saturday at 11am at the funeral home with Pastor Mike McFarlen officiating.  Burial will follow in New Sharon Cemetery on Charity Lane in Hazel Green.
