David Wayne Allen, 52, of New Market, AL, passed away Sunday, September 23, at his home.He was born March 6, 1960 in Cincinnati, OH, the son of the late William Allen and Berta Robbins Allen Olear who survives.In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by an infant son: David Wayne Allen.He is survived by the following members of his family:Wife: Kay Barnett AllenMother: Berta Olear2 Sons: Adam Allen and Casey AllenGrandchildren: Caleb Nolan, Katlin Nolan and Ayden Allen2 Brothers: Gary Allen and Kevin Olear3 Sisters: Teresa Barnett, Rita Olear and Marian BaileyAnd a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 28, at the Creech Funeral Home Chapel.Interment will follow in the Good Cemetery at Hutch, KY.The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, September 27, at the Creech Funeral Home.The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Creech Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.Online condolences and guestbook are available at www.creechfh.comCreech Funeral Home, Middlesboro, is in charge of all arrangements.
